As a requisition submitter, when trying to route the requisition, the following error message may appear:
This indicates that the quantity that is entered on the line item is less than the product's Default Quantity. When a product is created, they are asked to enter the Default Quantity.
A user cannot place route submit line item less than the Default Quantity value.
The issue can be resolved using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Adjust the Quantity on the transaction to match the default quantity value. The Default Quantity value can be seen on the initial requisition create page after searching the product.
Option 2: Reach out to your company's ExpenseWatch administrator, and ask them to adjust the Default Quantity on the product that you are trying to order.
