As an Expense Report submitter, you can add another expense submitter as your delegate and have them create your expense report on your behalf. This article will show you how to create an expense report as a delegate submitter.
Step 1: Under the Tasks section, click Submit an Expense Report.
Step 2: Click the drop-down menu, Submit on Behalf of and select the user that you are creating the report on behalf.
Step 3: Select the Default Business Unit and enter the Expense Report Title. Once finished, click Create.
Step 4: The Expense Report page will appear. All the items in the Charges, Itinerary Items, and Receipts section will be the one for the selected user.
Step 5: Complete the expense report. Once finished, click Route Report For Approval.
Step 6: A confirmation message will appear.
Step 7: The report will route to the user that you created on behalf of. The below screenshot shows what they will see under In-Progress export.
This user will need to review the expense report that their delegate created and submit for an approval.
