This article will show you, as a Credit Card Administrator, how to manage company credit card charges, assigning to a card or unassigning it from a card.
Step 1: Go to the Credit Cards tab.
Step 2: Click Manage Accounts.
Step 3: Click Account Options.
Step 4: Click Assign Charges from the drop-down menu.
- Assign Charges: View all the charges that are not assigned to any cards. Use this option to assign the charges to a particular card.
- Unassign Charges: View all the charges that are assigned to a particular card. Use this option to unassign the charges from the user's card.
- Disputed Charges: View all the charges that are marked as Disputed.
- Personal Charges: View all the charges that are marked as Personal.
Step 5: Select the charges that you wish to assign to a card.
Step 6: Click Assign To Card.
Step 7: Select the card that you wish to assign the charges to, and then click Assign To This Card.
