This quickstart guide will help you understand how to manage delegates. Users can assign another user the ability to enter and submit expense reports, travel vouchers, and requisitions on their behalf.
Step 1: Click on the Expense Reports Tab.
Step 2: Under Administration click Expense Report Delegation.
Step 3: Locate the User Search field and enter the name of the new delegate and select the Search button to return a list of users matching your query.
Step 4: Mark the check box beneath the Add column to indicate users you would like to add as delegates.
A Select All option is available at the top of the table for your convenience. A user must have an expense report license and have the Enter Expense Report permission in order to add as a delegate.
Step 5: Click the Add button.
