The Receiving Report gives visibility into the receiving and invoicing activity related to vendors.
Step 1: Go to Reporting tab.
Step 2: In the Purchasing Reports section, click Receiving Report.
Step 3: Enter the PO Date Range either manually, or by using the -- Date Range -- drop-down menu.
Step 4: Select the Vendor from the vendor drop-down menu.
Step 5: Select which types of transactions you would like the report to show.
Step 6: When finished entering the report criteria, click Run Report.
Step 7: The report result will appear below. some of the items on the report will have different icons next to them. To see what the icons mean, click Show Icon Description.
Step 8: To view specific information about Purchase Order, click the PO number.
Step 9: The detail will appear. To view the full PO detail, click the PO number. To view the invoice detail, click the Amount in Qty Invoiced.
