The User Spending Report displays, for each user, the expense amount for requisitions, purchase orders, expense reports, and requisitions.
Step 1: Go to Reporting tab.
Step 2: In the Spending Reports section, click User Spending.
Step 3: Enter the Date Range manually, or select a date range from the -- Date Range -- drop-down menu.
Step 4: Enter the user's name and choose a Business Unit from the drop-down menu.
Please Note: By checking Consolidate, you will be aggregating spend for the chosen business unit, as well as any child business units within it
Step 4: When finished entering the report criteria, click Run Report.
Step 5: Your report result will appear below. To view the user's transactions, click the user's name.
Step 6: Enter the Date Range manually, or select a date range from the -- Date Range -- drop-down menu. Click Run Report.
Step 7: Lists of user's transactions will appear below.
